Carolina Health and Hearing is looking for a skilled Patient Care Coordinator who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients and providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong personal and administrative skills.

Daily tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Inform potential patients of services offered and provider availability.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals.
- Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms.
- Liaise with insurance companies and third parties to identify patient benefits.
- Compile and record medical charts, reports, claims, correspondence, and payments.
- Order medical and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and high ethical standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
