We are a 22- year old, family owned and operated home remodeling company that has serviced the greater Charlotte area with the highest quality, Windows, Doors and Bathroom products in the country. We are the authorized Jacuzzi dealer in the Charlotte area. We have a stand-up marketing team that pre qualifies and schedules all of our appointments and in doing so, we just suit up, show up, and close the deals! We have a top notch training program and we use it to help our customers achieve their home remodeling dreams and in turn helps our sales reps make amazing income.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with qualified homeowners in the Charlotte area
• Deliver a structured professional sales presentation
• Present CHR in a positive and professional manner
• Execute a contract for windows, doors and baths
• Meet and exceed sales expectations set by the company

Qualifications and Skills
The Candidate should have:

• Experience in outside Sales and a degree is preferable but not mandatory
• The ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong work ethic, discipline
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong desire to succeed, must be teachable
