Lenovo Center is hiring a Digital Content Specialist that will report to the Director of Arena Marketing. This position will manage digital content planning, creation, and distribution of digital content across Lenovo Center’s social media profiles, website, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. This position will also support event-day tasks and work closely with all Arena Programming and Marketing team members, as well as other departments. This role is key to help ensure the success of our brand, events, and marketing campaigns.

- Create unique and engaging content to generate event awareness, drive ticket sales, and grow the Lenovo Center brand.
- Distribute content across digital platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the Director of Arena Marketing and Graphic Designer to create organic content and visual assets that align with the brand identity and support marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars including:
- Sharing content from tours/events.
- Planning for holidays, promotions, and venue content inclusive of other departments.
- Developing a cadence of regular content to support upcoming events.
- Capture and share engaging content on events days, including event details, merchandise, fan activations, videos, artist gifts, and more.
- Write and edit sharp, entertaining copy that encourages engagement and builds online community.
- Establish relationships with social influencers in the Greater Raleigh area and coordinate opportunities for collaboration.
- Monitor, react, and leverage real-time trends in a creative and positive manner; monitor channels on event days to provide guest interaction and assistance.
- Oversee and execute paid digital ad campaigns for events and the venue, ensuring alignment with goals and monitoring performance to optimize ROI.
- Create A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and other elements to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates, and adjust accordingly.
- Assist with email marketing and website management for venue.
- Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and evaluate content performance, optimize engagement and reach, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support department projects, event tasks, and other duties as requested and assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years demonstrated experience in digital marketing preferred, including social media management in a professional setting.
- A passion for music, concerts, and other live entertainment.
- Proficiency in the operation of social media platforms (Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn).
- Strong skills in content creation, including writing copy and editing reels.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business entity or professional brand preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail and be highly organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong team-centric mentality and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Experience using an email marketing platform is a plus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Must pass criminal background check.
