As a key member of the CIR Account Specialist Team, the Account Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of CIR's customer accounts in a professional manner with positive interaction with the Sales Team, other internal Account Specialists, and our vendors. This position serves as a mediator between customers and vendors. This job is based in our Rocky Mount, NC office, and the hours are Monday through Friday 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Training for this position is provided.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Responsible for managing all aspects of customer accounts as assigned. This includes placing and tracking orders, managing customer inventory, updating pricing as needed, responding to customer questions, quality issues, and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
- Work closely with sales team in handling inquiries, repeat order price quotes, feedback, and manage their expectations
- Responsible for ensuring customer artwork is correct and the final approval has been signed by customer before product goes into the production phase.
- Keep sales team and management advised on all aspects of customer accounts.
- Responsible for learning and becoming proficient in Sage 100 ordering system and Hubspot CRM.
- Must be very detail oriented and able to prioritize your tasks throughout the day.
- Heavy email communication with some phone communication as well.
