We are urgently hiring a Case Manager for multiple Plaintiffs Personal Injury firms in Columbia, SC. The perfect candidate is a people person who loves talking to clients and keeping organized records. We have multiple opportunities at small and medium-sized law firms.
Sample Responsibilities
- First and main point of contact for individual clients in your caseload requiring a customer-centered focus of attention that will help guide them through the litigation process
- Responsible for keeping the client informed on the progress of the case and tracking the treatment plans for each client
- Completing the client intake process
- Answer basic questions from the clients or pass on legal questions to a firm attorney
- Review, organize, and summarize case materials.
- Conduct legal research and investigations as needed and directed.
- Responsible for docketing, calendaring, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents in State and Federal Court.
- Ensure proper documents are obtained and entered into case management software
- Ensure the case is progressing forward in a timely manner
