We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal to be part of a dynamic plaintiff's firm in Myrtle Beach & Conway, SC. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated pro with a passion for helping clients and lawyers through every stage of litigation, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, and trial documents
- Maintain case files and databases like a pro
- Prepare discovery docs (interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit)
- Create case chronologies and assist with e-filing (state & federal)
- Communicate with clients and attorneys to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of paralegal experience in litigation
- in depth knowledge of litigation procedures, including SC Civil Procedure Rules
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a champ
- Paralegal degree or certification preferred
