What You'll Do:
- Represent low-income clients in various civil litigation matters, including social security, housing, family law, and more
- Develop and implement effective case strategies
- Lead hearings, trials, and appeals
- Conduct legal research and write compelling briefs and motions
- Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team dedicated to justice
What We’re Looking For:
- A J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member of the SC Bar in good standing
- A commitment to public interest, social justice, and serving diverse communities
- Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
