Reporting to the Nutrition Care Manager, Carolina Meadows is seeking a Full Time Line Cook in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Hours will vary. Our kitchens are an opportunity to showcase your current cooking skills, as well as an opportunity to learn more.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED),
Two (2) to four (4)years culinary experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
You should be able to apply common sense, a strong understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication abilities, and strong customer service and basic math skills.
Must be proficient in the operation of kitchen machinery and basic cooking utensils and methods.
