Facilities Operations - Security/Maintenance Technician 2nd shift
This position is primarily responsible for providing safety and security procedures to the residents and staff of the Carolina Meadows. A major emphasis of the position includes capacity to perform minor maintenance repairs. This position must be able to safely operate company vehicles and have a valid state issued license.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), three (3) months to five (5) years of security experience preferred. Incumbent should possess good verbal and written communication ability, strong customer service skills and be available at all times. Handyman experience is a plus. Current CPR certification.
