Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at The Columbia Medical Center in Eastern North Carolina. As a licensed primary care provider, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in a rural outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a current FNP license
- Or, a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, with a current PA license
- At least two years of experience working as a licensed primary care provider in an outpatient clinic setting
