What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Glass Technician position at Carolina Mobile Glass?
We are looking to hire a highly-skilled auto glass technician to join our team. You must have proven work experience as a auto glass technician, a valid driver's license, tools for removal and installation of auto glass.
Responsibilities:
- Include removing moldings, wipers, screws, bolts, and clips before glass installation and replacing them after.
- Performing windshield repairs by injecting resin into small chips or cracks and heating the damaged areas using a heat source
- Inspecting glass before installation to make sure there are no scratches or imperfections on replacement glass
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have a sound knowledge of automotive glass repair and installation techniques
- Strong mechanical skills
- Effective communication skills
- exceptional customer services skills and be very detail - oriented
We offer competitive pay rates and availability for over time depending on seasonality.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
