Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall health and functions of a busy medical practice in the areas of staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, accounting and compliance.
- Directs Management Team - including Clinical Manager, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant
- Performs community outreach to market the practice, promotes educational opportunities, and plays an active role in serving the communities in which we operate
- Collaborates with leadership from other CNSA offices / departments to ensure all offices operate cohesively.
- Identifies and implements opportunities to create efficiencies to facilitate organizational effectiveness.
- Resolves provider related issues.
- Involved with new physician recruitment and onboarding.
- Fosters employee engagement and promotes a positive work environment through effective team building strategies.
- Provides financial oversight for cost control related to operational costs, staffing, and vendor contracts.
- Monitors billing and coding practices in alliance with Corporate RCM.
- Resolves complex patient issues.
- Prepares and analyzes KPI reports to provide insights and recommendations to Physicians and Executive Leadership.
- Creates, updates, and maintains call schedule that adheres to practice determined guidelines.
- Calculates and monitors physician reimbursements and compensation.
- Facilitates relationship between practice / physicians and the local healthcare community.
- Schedules and facilitates Practice Meetings.
- Manage APPs schedules, PTO, etc.
- Establishes and maintains important third party relationships to ensure effective patient care.
- Site leader for various projects and initiatives; in conjunction with CNSA wide efforts and independently
- Follows applicable processes and HIPAA regulations.
- Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals.
- Other duties as assigned by changing needs and physician request.
