This position reports to the Regional Manager, partners directly with the supported dentist(s) of the practice, and acts as liaison between the supported practice and our Home Office.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); supervising administrative operations, managing all office staff (excluding doctors), works with doctors on site with clinical administration, acting as Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, serves as liaison with home office, partners, practice and associates. Oversees facility maintenance, maintains business office inventory, equipment maintenance and assists in marketing decisions and implementation.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Management or supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures.
- Knowledge of insurance plans and claims processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- MacPractice software knowledge required.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Judgement and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
