Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Charlotte location. This role is a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with approximately 20% direct clinical services and 80% administrative duties. The Site Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the site, including staff management, quality assurance, financial oversight, and program development.
As a leader, you will model Carolina Outreach’s values, foster a positive work environment, and act as the site’s primary liaison with community partners, stakeholders, and clients.

Compensation
- Associate License: Starting at $67,100
- Fully Licensed: Starting at $70,631
Site Operations & Performance
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of the site, addressing operational and programmatic challenges to ensure success.
- Ensure the facility is professionally maintained, efficient, and compliant with agency standards.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and monitor annual plans and budgets.
- Deliver high-quality services to clients by overseeing client flow from intake through treatment to discharge.
- Hire, train, and retain high-performing staff, ensuring credentials, training, and supervision align with agency and client needs.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision for staff, including case consultations and crisis management support.
- Facilitate performance reviews, implement Performance Improvement Plans, and handle terminations when necessary.
- Lead monthly team meetings and collaborate with team leads to foster a supportive, positive work culture.
- Develop and implement new processes to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Quality Management (QM) department to ensure compliance with local and national standards.
- Identify and incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring staff receive proper training for effective implementation.
- Act as the face of Carolina Outreach in the community, promoting partnerships with stakeholders and MCOs.
- Address authorization issues, anticipate service trends, and advocate for improvements to meet client and agency needs.
- Plan, oversee, and implement marketing efforts to enhance visibility and engagement within the community.
- Current license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by a governing board in a human service profession.
- Proven leadership experience in behavioral health services, including administrative oversight and clinical supervision.
- NVCI certification (or willingness to complete) and training in population served, including service definition and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage both clinical and operational challenges.
