Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Intensive In-Home (IIH) Therapist to provide clinical and administrative leadership while delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children, families, and natural supports. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and guiding IIH team members to ensure clients receive the appropriate level of care.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation:
- Working Rate: $34 - $45 per piece.
- Orientation Rate: $20/$25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services
- Conduct Comprehensive Clinical and Diagnostic Assessments to determine diagnoses and appropriate levels of care.
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ needs and diagnoses.
- Develop crisis and transition plans as clients move in and out of services.
- Act as an advocate for clients, families, and natural supports within the community.
Team Leadership
- Designate team members whose clinical expertise best matches the needs and diagnoses of clients.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the IIH team during service provision.
- Offer clinical supervision for team members and create individual supervision plans.
- Ensure services provided within and outside the agency meet high standards of care.
Documentation and Planning
- Develop and evaluate Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) with clients and the IIH team.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all services provided, including assessments, progress notes, and crisis plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure: Active or associate mental health licensure in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW/A, LCMHC/A).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with mental health issues.
- Designation: Must meet the criteria for a Qualified Professional (QP).
Compensation
- Working Rate: $34 - $45 per piece.
- Orientation Rate: $20/$25 per hour.
