Position: Sr. Manager – Partnership Service - Panthers

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Director of Partnership Service
Status: Full-Time (Exempt)
Position Summary
The Partnership Service Sr. Manager manages the day-to-day relationships with select Carolina Panthers partners, including account management, contract fulfillment, and retention efforts, with the goal of successfully providing our partners with best-in-class service and flawless execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for all assigned partnership accounts, working alongside the Director, Partnership Service
- Responsible for overall day-to-day account management including contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction, and budget for assigned corporate partners.
- Manage partnership deliverables (i.e. branding, signage, media, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that partner expectations are met.
- Coordinate the implementation of branding and activations during Panthers game days and other events including digital signage, in-game features, and fan engagement activations.
- Support and review partner activations, including evaluation and approval of promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media.
- Work alongside Director, Partnership Service to develop partnership sales materials for renewal and/or addition.
- Liaise between Partner, Director of Partnership Service, and all internal departments to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Initiate and maintain regular contact with client and/or client’s agency, developing strong professional relationships.
- Track all corporate partner activation expenses and coordinate all efforts with accounting teams (both internal and external), including invoicing and payment statuses.
- Lead measurement and recapping of all partnerships, working alongside internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some nights, and weekends
- Must be willing to travel when necessary
- Must pass pre-employment screens

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions). The job may require travel to off-site partnership events.
