Responsibilities
As a Front Office team member, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Greet patients and check them in and out, before and after treatment.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
- Collect all monies due for services rendered.
- Educate patient families on treatment plans.
- Understand and submit insurance claims.
- Conduct financial arrangements with patients regarding treatment plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
