We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate bilingual Pediatric Patient Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our pediatric patients, their families, healthcare professionals, and billing team to schedule appointments and provide seamless bilingual support to our diverse community. Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments (i.e. clinical team, billing team).
  • Provide bilingual (English / Spanish) support for families, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring clear communication throughout the scheduling process.
  • Assist non-English speaking families by providing clear, compassionate information about procedures, office policies, and insurance matters in their preferred language.
  • Collaborate with pediatric healthcare providers to ensure all appointments are set according to patient needs and availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, addressing inquiries, offering support, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the team to improve scheduling processes and patient flow, contributing to the overall efficiency of our services.
  • Adapt to changing patient or company needs and support team efforts in achieving shared goals.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow all HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality protocols.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Bilingual in English and [second language, e.g., Spanish], with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • Passionate about pediatrics and committed to providing compassionate, quality care for children.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages, with the ability to clearly explain medical information to families.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others and thrives in a flexible, goal-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
