Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee routine accounting functions and month-end closing processes for multiple entities.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including transaction recording and reconciliations.
- Process payroll and manage payment schedules.
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain cash flow forecasting and financial records.
- Conduct financial analysis, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Support external audits and tax preparations.
- Maintain fixed asset records and assist with property tax filings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, including handling calls and mail.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate building maintenance as needed.
- Oversee company credit card program and expense tracking.
- Plan and organize company events.
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks and project support.
- Maintain organized financial records and document procedures for consistency and efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Education: Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and office management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
