If you are hungry to grow your listing side of the business you have come to the right ad. We are looking for a top listing agent for our top performing team. You will have plenty of buyer opportunity as well, however, we have cracked the code to more sellers raising their hands about selling their home. We are generating over 100 listing leads a week and we can not keep up.
CREE has taken newer and experienced agents from a few transactions a year to 40-50 in their first full year with our team. We are only looking for rock star talent. If selling 30-40 plus homes a year is not you then you should not apply. Just being honest.
The right candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience and have closed at least 5-6 transactions over the past 12 months.
