What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Store Manager position at Carolina Renovation Warehouse?
We are looking for a Floating Store Manager to join our team! Carolina Renovation Warehouse is a renovation retailer specializing in kitchen and bath including in flooring, custom cabinets, and hardware. The Floating Store Manager will spend their time equally between our Gastonia and Charlotte stores.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Coordinate staffing and schedule needs
- Monitor stock levels but also including the unboxing, rearranging, and fronting or merchandise
- Assist District Manager with increasing sales
- Other daily activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 year of retail experience
- Strong leadership skills and customer service management abilities
- Excellent communication
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for extend periods of time
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
Hours and Pay:
- $18 Per Hour- Based on experience
- Must be able to work weekends
- Hours are 10-6, working five days total per week
