What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position at Carolina School Services?

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Speech Screens
- Planning for and provision of Speech-Language services as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Attendance at IEP meetings (in person or virtual)
- Documentation and regular reporting of progress monitoring
- Collaboration with teachers and staff
- Services may be provided in person or via telehealth platform as deemed necessary
- Participate in orientation time to include record reviews
- Able to provide in-services or staff development (virtual or in person) if requested
- Provide hearing screenings as requested by the school administration/EC team
Requirements:
- SLP- Assistant License in NC
Carolina School Services is a student-centric therapy services company. We currently support dozens of campuses and over 1000 EC students across North Carolina.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,500.00 - $47,250.00 per year
