This person will be responsible for:
- Responsible for taking lead efforts with Owner and Architect with negotiations, conflict resolution and business development
- Responsible for managing large complex projects and/or several smaller projects with limited oversight from upper management
- Responsible for managing a project tin the Preconstruction Phase as primary project is occur-ring/concurrently
- General oversight of Document Control and Management Processes
