HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
SUMMARY: Seeking a responsible individual to join our team. This person should possess great phone skills and be able to communicate well and professionally with others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Train housekeepers on proper use of cleaning products and cleaning techniques.
· Inspect vacation homes to insure proper cleaning, maintenance issues, and damages.
· Schedule cleaning crews for each week, prepare tenant essentials and cleaning buckets.
· Supervise inspectors and review each inspection report weekly.
· Assist tenants with issues and direct any concern to the proper department to be resolved.
· Make reservations using our Escapia software.
· Assist the Maint. Manager and Property Manager with other duties.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST:
· Have excellent customer service skills.
· Be a quick learner.
· Have a working cell phone and cell camera.
· Have a valid driver’s license.
· Work well under pressure.
· Keep your work area spotless at all times.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
PAY: $17.00 per a hour plus if experienced
