Carolina Smiles is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every visit is smooth and positive.
Schedule
We are open Monday through Friday, 8 : 15 AM to 5 : 30 PM, and Saturdays from 8 : 15 AM to 2 : 30 PM.
Front desk staff are required to work Monday through Friday and must also be available to work at least one Saturday every 6-8 weeks.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
Manage scheduling for appointments, ensuring efficient use of time slots and patient satisfaction.
Answer patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, insurance, and payment options.
Handle patient communications via phone, email, and in person.
Support administrative tasks, including data entry, patient records management, and appointment reminders.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
Previous front desk in a dental / medical setting (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in office software and comfortable with practice management systems (training provided).
A bubbly, positive personality is a must!
