We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff by maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, supporting food service operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction through attentive service.
Duties
- Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new customers.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs and requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic food handling practices is a plus.
