Position Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant to assist with back office treatments and patient flow, as well as front desk responsibilities. Experience with Class IV laser, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, and ChiroTouch software is a plus. Hours available in both our Pittsboro and Chapel Hill Locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help facilitate patient flow for chiropractors.
- Perform Class IV laser treatments, spinal decompression, and shockwave therapy (training provided if needed).
- Assist with front desk tasks: scheduling, checking patients in/out, and managing phone calls.
- Ensure accurate patient records using ChiroTouch.
- Deliver excellent patient communication and service.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Chiropractic, Physical Therapy or medical office or similar role preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Computer literate and HIPAA compliant.
- Understanding of insurance is a plus.
- Chiropractic Assistant license in NC preferred but not required.

- Part-time hours, flexible schedule available.
