Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management. This role requires proficiency in maintaining high voltage systems, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. Welding Skills are required. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely while fostering a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are performed to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
- Train team members on best practices in maintenance management and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings related to electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters is preferred.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
