About Carolina Terrain

Carolina Terrain is a high-end grading, drainage, and property solutions company based in Waxhaw, NC. We also provide professional pressure washing using a custom-built hot water trailer equipped with surface cleaners, soft wash systems, and hydrant access.

We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven Pressure Washing Specialist to run their own route under our brand. You’ll generate leads, close deals, and complete jobs using our premium trailer—no hourly pay, just results. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build their own income stream without the burden of equipment costs, admin work, or licensing.

What You’ll Do

• Use your pickup truck to haul our hot water pressure washing trailer to job sites
• Perform residential and commercial services, including:
• House soft washing
• Driveways, patios, sidewalks, fences, and storefronts
• Prospect for leads through cold outreach, social media, job site visits, referrals, etc.
• Quote and close jobs directly using our CRM
• Provide high-quality results, communicate with clients, and document all work (before/after photos)

What You Provide

• A reliable pickup truck (12,000 lbs towing capacity)
• Active liability insurance policy as an independent contractor
• Comfortable generating leads and closing jobs face-to-face
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Ability to meet revenue targets and document results using a mobile app or CRM

Compensation – Commission Only

Commission Rates Based on Lead Source:

• 35% — You generate, quote, and complete the job
• 30% — We provide the lead, you quote and complete the job
• 25% — We provide the lead and quote, you complete the job

Bonuses & Reimbursements

• $0.70/mile reimbursement for job-related truck mileage
• $25 bonus per 5-star Google review with photo
• 5% commission on upsells (sidewalks, fences, algae treatment, etc.)
• $100 bonus for hitting $10,000/month in completed revenue
• $500 quarterly bonus for top producers

Performance Expectations

• Minimum: $5,000 in completed job revenue within your first 60 days
• Ongoing: Maintain at least $8,000/month after onboarding
• High-quality results, satisfied clients, and professional communication are required

Weekly Earnings Example

• 4 self-sourced jobs at $500 = $700 (35%)
• 3 assigned jobs at $350 = $262.50 (25%)
• 3 upsells = $75
• 3 reviews = $75
• 75 reimbursable miles = $52.50

Total Weekly Take-Home: $1,165

Top performers can earn $1,500–$2,000 per week with consistent sales, upsells, and client reviews. No cap on earnings.
