Description:
- Print and/or save/upload all SVFs, Timesheets, and Timesheet verification forms for your all states.
- Compare and review all SVF, Timesheets, and Timesheet verification forms to ensure precise process of all Payroll for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Review and check off employees with timesheets on Employee Payroll check sheet in all states.
- Review notes to ensure no timesheets are missing for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Pull timesheet from EHR, request SVF from employees, complete hours for each service on Timesheet Verification Forms for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Send Timesheets, Timesheet verification forms to hourly staff for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Run and review audit reports to ensure data is correct between HRMS, Time and Attendance, and Payroll Systems ensuring pay codes are applied correctly and corresponding debits and deductions are in compliance with internal controls for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Audit all areas of Payroll system to assure accuracy after new hires, transfers, terminations and monthly as needed. Including, but not limited to, start/termination/position change dates, types of pay, deductions, earnings, allocations, time and labor, positions, pay rates, paid and unpaid time off, and location.
- Update employee profiles with rate changes and new hires for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Update employees for time and labor on HR and Time and labor tabs. Including groups. For all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management
- Train employees how to punch hours into Payroll Systems for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Complete the distribution of payroll payments and deductions including wage attachment (garnishments, levies, child support) for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Prepares the yearly payroll schedule and assists PR Manager with various year-end tasks, including W-2 preparation for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Works with Human Resources to research and prepare the Payroll aspect of Employee Wage verification requests for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Sent court ordered garnishments and benefit requests to Payroll systems garnishment team and/or HR for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
- Complete information requests and inquiries pertaining to individual employee pay issues and requests for all states and/or as requested by supervisor/upper management.
