Responsibilities:
- - Coordinate patient appointments and schedules
- -Work side by side with Doctor during new patient exam
- -Maintain patient contact before and after new patient exam
- - Responsible for sending clinical notes to patient and referring doctors
- -Responsible for referring patient to other medical professionals if necessary
- -Responsible for developing skill of scanning bites for lab fabrication of custom occlusal orthotic devices
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
Experience:
-Excellent team player
- Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator or similar role preferred
Diseases, 10th Revision) coding system is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance providers

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
