Chiropractic Office Receptionist

Hey there! Join the squad at Carolina TotalCare, PA, as a Chiropractic Office Receptionist in the buzzing city of Concord, NC. We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual who thrives on positive interactions and is ready to dive into a role that's both rewarding and exciting.

Earn a competitive $15.50 to $19.00 per hour, plus a range of generous benefits! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Here's the scoop: Monday through Thursday, you'll be making things happen from 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM. Fridays are your short and sweet days, wrapping up at noon. Work hard, play harder – that's the vibe!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
• Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• The ability to be on your feet for much of your shift (this is an active position)

Additional schooling or certifications are preferred. Front Desk experience in a Chiropractic, Medical, or Dental Office is extremely helpful. Scheduling experience in dental, vet or medical office environments is a big plus as well as solid problem-solving skills!
