Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced key holder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager and management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties
- Assist in supervising store staff and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and daily financial reporting.
- Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, sales tracking, and scheduling shifts.
- Participate in recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and facilitating employee orientation.
- Train new employees on store policies, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Opening and closing the store and getting it ready for customers for the next day.
- Learn and work in production and all aspects of the store.
- Weekends a must.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail environment is required, with a focus on supervisory or management roles preferred.
- Experience in cash handling is essential.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to retail operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
