Job Description :
Carolina Voltage is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our services, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. Your expertise in electrical services and your exceptional communication skills will be essential in understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Generate new leads through market research, networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients electrical needs and offer appropriate services and solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Consistently monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
- Coordinate with General Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance profitability, and improve customer and employee satisfaction.

Work Schedule :
