Manufacturing Production Associate

This role involves working with various hand tools and power tools, as well as operating forklifts to ensure smooth workflow within the factory environment.

Full job description

Shift: 5am-3pm OR 3pm-1am; Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities:
- Operate molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
- Set up, operate/process, maintain, monitor and control molding equipment.
- Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts is beneficial; certification may be required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
