Job DescriptionJob Summary : The Clinical Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating patient care as well as the clinical care delivery process as directed by the (Nursing Service) Director or Service Coordinator. The Clinical Manager serves as a role model and resource to staff. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina. Minimum of three years of nursing experience with one year of experience being related to the patient population and / or specialty of the unit. Evidenced expertise in clinical judgment and leadership ability. Current AHA BLS certification required. Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
