Job Summary: The Front Office Supervisor II directs, supervises, and coordinates staff and activities for two or more locations. Will greet, instruct, direct, and schedule patients and visitors and also serve as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.

Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma, Associate’s degree in health or business administration preferred.
- Five years of office management experience including a minimum of two years in the health care organization.
- Very good computer and word processing skills.
- General knowledge of computer and photocopier.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public.
