Job Summary: The Patient Navigator functions in the EP clinic as the coordinator to facilitate and organize the patient scheduling for EP lab procedures and clinic scheduling to efficiently engage resources. The Patient Navigator will follow the patient from initial scheduling of procedure to post procedure to ensure continuity of care. The Patient Navigator will serve as a resource and liaison for patient referrals, communication, and patient triage.

- Graduate of approved School of Nursing. Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 nursing years’ experience with cardiology or electrophysiology experience preferred.
- Ability to review systems and schedules to identify gaps and need for improvements.
- Develop relationships and excellent communication skills to coordinate care with multiple departments.
- Ability to show initiative and proactive solutions to complicated systems with large volumes of patients.
