We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead the content creation process for marketing campaigns for our partnering practices. The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality, engaging content in a variety of media formats and tracking the performance of content marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Conduct marketing research to identify opportunities for marketing content that will increase brand awareness, connect with our target audiences, and drive patients to our practices.
- Content Development: Take marketing ideas, turn them into captivating narratives that resonate with our audiences, and bring the stories to life across a variety of media formats and channels per an editorial content calendar.
- Content Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our content is optimized and aligned with brand goals, voice, and provider values when distributed on various platforms, including web, social, email, and print.
- Content Performance: Track and analyze the effectiveness of content and marketing campaigns to make informed decisions about content optimization to continually improve visibility, value to our target audience, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of proven experience creating authoritative, trustworthy marketing content, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Exceptional marketing copywriting and communication skills.
- Project management experience with both internal and external partners including subject matter experts, photographers, videographers, media, and design teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with online marketing platforms and databases including analytics, web and SEO, social media, email marketing, Microsoft Excel, and emerging AI technologies.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations.
