We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize various marketing systems and processes to support patient acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing operations, a strong technical background, and experience optimizing marketing using data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- System Ownership: Ensure seamless integration and functionality of marketing systems and technology platforms to support marketing strategies and operations, including marketing analytics and communication platforms. Manage relationships with partners, and evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance marketing operations.
- Data Management: Implement and oversee data management practices to ensure marketing data accuracy and integrity. Analyze data and key metrics and provide actionable insights for marketing and campaign optimization.
- System Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the marketing technology ecosystem, to ensure workflows and processes support the marketing and organizational goals. Develop and maintain dashboards and report on performance of marketing systems to drive efficiency.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to stakeholders across the organization on the effective use of the marketing systems, tools, and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in marketing or systems operations, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Exceptional technical acumen and proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, messaging, and analytics platforms.
- Experience manipulating and analyzing data sets, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance, patient privacy regulations, and regulatory requirements related to SMS and marketing messaging.
