CAPITAL is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of automotive repair processes, and the ability to assess and estimate the cost of repairs accurately. The Body Shop Estimator plays a key role in providing customers with detailed and transparent repair estimates, facilitating smooth communication between customers and the repair team.

Automotive Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles, assessing the extent of damage and necessary repairs
- Explain repair processes and estimate details to customers in a clear and comprehensible manner
- Collaborate with adjusters to discuss estimates and negotiate repair costs
- Work closely with the repair team to convey repair requirements and ensure clarity on the scope of work
- Maintain organized and accurate records of estimates, communication with customers, and insurance-related documentation
- Other duties assigned
Automotive Body Shop Estimator Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Estimator in the automotive repair industry preferred
- Familiarity with estimating software
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive repair processes, parts, and materials
- Proficiency in using estimating software and standard office applications
- Ability to explain technical details to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
