Responsibilities - Collision Shop Office Administrator :
- Perform administrative / clerical tasks to support the collision shop's daily operations
- Greet customers and schedule vehicle delivery and pick-up
- Close repair orders
- Work with insurance adjusters and our in-house estimators
- Keep customers informed about completion times, costs, and changes
- Assist customers with rental vehicles
- Update calls daily
- Maintain relationships with partners and vendors
- Other duties may be assigned
