Position: Claims Administrator
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Pay Rate: Starting at $19/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Fire and Water Restoration team in Myrtle Beach, SC. As a Claims Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in processing claims efficiently, ensuring smooth communication between clients, insurance companies, and internal departments. Your efforts will help clients rebuild their lives after fire and water damage events.

Responsibilities:
  • Claims Processing: Manage and process insurance claims related to fire and water restoration services accurately and efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the claims process and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Documentation: Collect, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation, including insurance forms, photos, estimates, and repair records.
  • Insurance Liaison: Coordinate with insurance adjusters and agents to ensure claims are handled promptly and in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input claim details into the company’s system, maintaining up-to-date records for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with field technicians, project managers, and administrative staff to align documentation and timelines for each claim.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify potential challenges in claims processing and collaborate with the team to address and resolve issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure all claims are processed in adherence to legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in claims processing, insurance, or administrative roles preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
