Are you a people person with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team at an apartment complex in North Myrtle Beach, SC. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be pivotal in welcoming potential tenants and showcasing our apartment community.
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective tenants and provide them with information about available apartments, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Conduct tours of the property, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing rental applications and collecting necessary documentation.
- Follow up with prospective tenants to answer questions and facilitate the leasing process.
- Maintain organized records of leasing activity and tenant interactions.
Schedule:
- 3 to 5 days a week, first shift. Exact Hours and Days TBA.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or real estate is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
