This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leadership, management, and customer service-oriented candidate to join our local Shallotte pawn shop. We are looking for a sales professional who is looking for a full-time permanent career. Must have management experience to be considered for this position. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, leadership, and have sale savvy skills. They should be able to multitask and observant of surroundings. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. We are looking for energetic, responsible, reliable, fast learners who have an outgoing personality and enjoy lots of customer contact to fill our Sales Associate position.
Responsibilities / duties :
- Able to delegate and be a leader
- Handle customer issues
- Adapt flexibly to evolving priorities and contribute constructively to dynamic work settings.
- Sales
- General Data entry
- Assisting customers and creating a positive experience.
- Must be an organized professional.
- Answer Phone, greet customers, filing and process paperwork.
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Ability to research product information
Requirements :
Hours : 9 : 00am - 7 : 00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm
Rate of Pay : $15 - $16 Depending on experience, plus commission.
