Job Title : Quality Control Specialist

Shift : Second Shift (Monday to Friday, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM)
Pay : $14 - $16 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description :
The Quality Control Specialist will ensure the quality standards of incoming and outgoing products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves inspecting, documenting, and ensuring that all products meet company and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
Inspect and verify the quality of materials, products, and processes.
Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Perform random sampling and testing of products to identify defects.
Record and maintain detailed inspection results and logs.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to address quality issues promptly.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control are a plus.
Previous experience in quality control or a warehouse environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
Basic computer skills for logging and reporting data.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a warehouse environment.
Requirements :
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Availability to work second-shift hours.
