Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist in managing office correspondence (phone calls, emails, mail sorting).
- Maintain office supplies and order new materials as needed.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Support the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain office equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Provide support with any other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous office or clerical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when handling office supplies or equipment.
- Comfortable using a computer for long periods.
Rate: D.O.E. $14-18:
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am to 2:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
