CaroMont Health is hiring an Inpatient Part-Time MRI Technologist II to work Weekend Night shifts within our Imaging Services team at the CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC!
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts: 6:00PM-6:30AM
MRI Technologist II Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must be flexible as position requires rotation among sites, rotating shifts as needed and the ability to work independently in MRI.
- Previous Siemens and GE experience preferred.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited radiology program. Registered by ARRT in Radiology.
- Advanced Modality level certification in MRI required.
- Completion of the ARRT CQR as required.
- Experienced radiographer with competency and thorough knowledge of MRI principles, including MRI safety and physics.
- Ongoing participation in continuing education.
- Ability to understand and apply computer calculations.
- Must be able to use initiative and practice good judgment.
- Ability and desire to perform AIDET customer service skills for all Special Procedure Imaging patients is required.
- Current BLS certification required.
