Job Summary: Manage and perform diversified inventory management in connection with supplies inventoried in Supply Distribution, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology and other procedural spaces throughout the all facilities, while coordinating inventory management in accordance with established materials management and accounting standards and requirements. Performs periodic inventory reconciliation and coordinates annual inventory. Responsible for inventory accuracy, fill rate, and inventory turns. Oversees and performs sourcing, receipt, and delivery processes related to products inventoried in Supply Distribution, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, etc. Maintains a cost effective and manageable process of product and service acquisition for CaroMont Health, Inc. Maintain the operational aspects of the perpetual point of use inventory management system.
Qualifications: Minimum of a 4-year college degree with 2-3 years’ experience, 2-year Associates Degree with 4-5 years’ experience or 7-10 years’ experience in inventory supply management/supply distribution or other medical experience required. Computer skills using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software tool (Infor/Allscripts), point of use inventory management tool (QSight), and other standard software products (Excel, Word) required. Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent technical, interpersonal, communication and consensus-building skills in an individual who can effectively partner and execute with staff and various departments. Demonstrated service-orientation, with ability to balance needs of the location, organization, and team.
