What You’ll Do
- Assemble machinery, and components based on blueprints and schematics.
- Use machines and hand tools to ensure products meet high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain production logs, perform basic repairs, and troubleshoot product inconsistencies.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance factory performance.
- Good communication skills and good team player.
- Ability to apply a mechanical understanding.
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Perform work standing during a shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to read electrical and assembly schematics.
